We ship most of our orders Priority Mail except for bulky or very heavy items. These products are
shipped by UPS or Fed EX at our discretion. Some items may be dropped shipped. We do not ship
internationally at this time.
Standard orders are processed within 24-48 hours if items are in our inventory (not including holidays or
week ends pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders shipped via standard delivery
should arrive in 3-5 business days from day product was shipped
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can
make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your invoice
number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that
goods have been received.
