Making A Purchase:
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. There is an order minimum of $20.00 If you do not wish to pay on line, you may send your credit card information via phone or fax. When confirmation of your is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping and Handling:.
We ship most of our orders Priority Mail except for bulky or very heavy items. These items are shipped by UPS or FedEx at our discretion. Some items may be drop shipped. Flat rate and free shipping offers some exclusions may apply such as one piece pool cues, dartboards, dartboard cabinets and table games. Does not include shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Standard orders are processed within 24-48 hours if items are in our inventory (not including holidays or weekends) pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders shipped via standard delivery should arrive in 3 to 5 business days from day product was shipped. You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your invoice number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our deliver company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Back Orders:
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges:
For orders made from within the United States sales tax will be applied to all in state orders. Our business is operated from Wisconsin. All other orders are tax free.
Credit Card Security:
When your order is placed at our website credit card numbers are encrypted using 128/256 bit strong SSL encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Return Policy: Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt. When shipping items back please include invoice number and date reason for return and a request for a credit or replacement. We will replace or credit items which are defective or shipped in error.
